Yummy yoghurt chicken

I came to know about this recipe through my mom. Its such a easy peasy recipe and turns out super yummy. Its a breeze doing it. Marinate the chicken pieces into the yoghurt mix and pop into the refrigerator. Take them out when you want to get it ready. It hardly takes 10min to get it done.

Ingredients
200g chicken breast cubed
1 big size onion
1 ts ginger garlic paste
2-3 cups thick yoghurt
2 ts lemon juice
1 ts mustard

Masala powder
3/4 ts chilli powder
1/4 ts turmeric powder
1 ts coriander powder
1/2 ts cumin powder
1/2 ts pepper powder
1/4 ts garam masala

Pre-step
Blend 1/4th of onion, ginger, garlic and yoghurt. Add all the masala mentioned, lemon juice and salt. Combine the chicken pieces and marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of half an hour.

Preparation
Take a cooker and add enough oil. The more oil will give a good taste. Cut the remaining onion into fine slices. Add mustard and fry onions until it turns slightly golden brown. Add the marinated mix and fry for a while. Then add enough water and cover the cooker. Allow enough whistles for the chicken to boil. (As the gravy may reduce in consistency, add sufficient water so that the gravy doesn't get burnt inside. As a precautionary step add more water so that even if the gravy is little thin, you can thicken it by simmering it after opening the cooker lid.) Garnish with coriander leaves.

We had this with lemon rice and it was super tasty.
