Masala dahi is an excellent accompaniment for your stuffed parathas. It is a good variation from the just normal thick sloppy curd.
Ingredients
1 cup thick yoghurt
1/2 ts chilli powder
1 ts roasted jeera powder
3/4 ts chat masala/ amchur powder
Handful of finely chopped coriander leaves
Salt as required
Preparation
- Whisk yoghurt well until there are no lumps. If preferred you can also pulse it once or twice in a mixer.
- Take them in a serving bowl/ katori. Add half of each of the spice powders mentioned above. Also add salt and coriander leaves. Mix them well. Sprinkle remaining of the spice powders over the top of the dahi.
Enjoy this chatpata curd with any of your favorite paratha.
