Ingredients (for avocado spread)
1 avocado (serves 3 persons)
1 garlic clove (grated)
2 ts lemon juice
Freshly cracked black pepper
Chopped coriander leaves
Salt as per need
Others
Tomato sauce/ ketchup
Egg (poached/ scrambled/ fried)
Preparation
- In a bowl, mash the spread ingredients with a fork.
- Toast bread.
- Place a generous scoop of avocado spread on the toast.
- Squeeze some tomato sauce over the avocado spread.
- Place the cooked egg over the avocado toast.
