Tuna Avacado sandwich (No cook, No mayo)

Who wouldn't love to make a meal that is no cook or at the least requires very less cooking. 

This tuna avacado sandwich is perfect for lunch on-the-go. Very healthy with good fats from avacado and essential omega 3 fatty acids from tuna. This salad has the perfect blend of tastes - requires no more, no less.

Ingredients - enough to fill 2 generous sized sandwich 

4 firm thick slice bread
Butter for spreading ( as needed)

For tuna avacado salad
1 tuna slices pack - blended with olive oil (drained)
1/2 medium sized avacado
1/2 stalk of celery (finely chopped)/ 2 garlic cloves ( finely grated)
1/2 small sized onion ( finely chopped)
2 ts lemon juice
1 ts lemon zest
Handful of chopped cilantro or parsely or both ( finely chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Place all ingredients mentioned above in a mixing bowl. Mix and blend together with a fork. Don't mash too smooth. Leave them in bite size pieces. This salad can be prepared in advance. Refrigerate and use when needed.

You can have this salad on top of a bread toast or sandwich them between two bread slices.
